Led end-to-end product design for the 5% Cashback Bonus® rewards program across mobile app, website, and email. Owned the visual design language, the member journey from acquisition through long-term engagement, and the design system components that held it all together at scale. 

  • Shaped onboarding and lifecycle journeys that turned one-time activators into habitual card users, leveraging behavior data and usability research to personalize experiences across a large and diverse consumer audience. 

  • Lifted program enrollment rates by up to 24.2% across recent, lapsed, and never-activated audiences by designing 50+ outbound A/B tested emails over 10 quarters, introducing new audience segments and extending testing into mobile app messaging. 

  • Drove a 7% average lift in category spend by redesigning the quarterly activation landing page, defining layout hierarchy that surfaced all eligible categories at a glance and connected cardholders to quarterly 5% cash back shopping directly. 

  • Enabled cohesion and scalability across mobile, web, and email by acting as a connector between product and design systems, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to define, build, and document new components and patterns. 

  • Generated 53,000 new cardmember acquisitions in 2024 by optimizing product page content and UI across web surfaces for organic search. 

  • Owned the visual design language for the rewards program developing quarterly campaign creative across digital and social channels with rigorous attention to typography, color, hierarchy, motion, and interaction quality.

Led product and visual design for a regional credit union's consumer financial suite, Including savings, checking, deposit, and lending products, working closely with cross-functional teams to design experiences that helped members navigate complex financial decisions with clarity and confidence.


  • Reduced customer support call volume by ~15% by partnering with product and engineering to design and launch a refreshed mobile app, simplifying the login experience and single product dashboard, through clear information architecture and intuitive UI patterns. 

  • Exceeded deposit goals by $10M within three months by designing and launching an integrated multi-channel campaign across 17 branches through digital, web, and print.

  • Ensured visual cohesion and system integrity across every channel by leading competitive analysis and asset redesign as part of a large-scale rebrand, overseeing the creation of 300+ brand assets across digital and print.
